Refund Policy

• Once a consultation booking or report request is confirmed and payment is made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule (one time only) by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

• No refunds will be provided for:

  • Missed appointments without notice.

  • Dissatisfaction with predictions, as results depend on interpretation.

• In rare cases where we cannot deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed.
